These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through this platform or partner platforms, as well as to guests' stays at the following accommodations:

Azores Green Villas<\/b>, located at Rua da Cidade, no. 45, 9545-534 S\u00e3o Vicente Ferreira, Ponta Delgada;

2 \u2013 Reservations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Confirmation of a booking via the website constitutes a contract for temporary accommodation services entered into between the commercial company that owns the Accommodation and the user\/client.<\/p>\n

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is formalised, at the time of booking, by checking the box in the booking form, which also implies knowledge and acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.<\/p>\n

The client must correctly complete the booking form, indicating the desired Accommodation, check-in and check-out dates, the applicable rate, and the total number of guests. The client undertakes to provide true, complete, and up-to-date personal details and payment information.<\/p>\n

Bookings are subject to the availability of units and are considered confirmed upon full payment of the amount.<\/p>\n

The making of reservations, as well as any changes or cancellations, may be subject to additional charges, duly communicated to the customer at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

In addition to the reservation value, a municipal tourist tax of \u20ac2 per person per night is payable, up to a maximum of 3 nights, in accordance with Law no. 75\/2013.<\/p>\n

Cots, extra beds and other equipment are subject to availability and an additional charge, and must be requested in advance at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

Breakfast is not included in the rate., being made available exclusively under a regime of <\/span>takeaway<\/i>. Reservations for the aforementioned service must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, and are subject to a supplementary charge of \u20ac18 per guest, per day.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 \u2013 Payments<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Prices are shown in euros (\u20ac) and include all legally applicable taxes.

Payment must be made in full, via this platform, with the reservation being dependent on the payment being confirmed by the banking entity.
The accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

4 \u2013 Cancellation policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Tarifa Standard\/Refundable<\/strong> Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, and the amount paid will be refunded to the customer, except for any bank transaction fees associated with payment processing.<\/p>

Cancellations made outside the established period, as well as no-shows, will incur the full charge of the reservation value, granting the client no right to any refund, compensation, or change to the initially contracted dates.<\/p>

Non-refundable Rate:<\/strong> Cancelled bookings, as well as no-shows, will not be refunded, as selecting this rate does not grant the customer any right to a refund, compensation or change to the initially contracted dates.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

5 \u2013 Check-in and check-out<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The accommodations do not have a physical reception.

Entry will be gained via digital instructions and access codes, provided to the client upon completion of online check-in.<\/span><\/p>

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on your arrival date, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on your departure date.\u00a0<\/p>

Any request for an extension or alteration of the stipulated timesLate check-in<\/i>\u00a0\u2013 late arrival or Late Check-out \u2013 Late Departure<\/i>) is made without prior request to our team and is strictly subject to availability confirmation.\u00a0Should this request be expressly authorised, a supplementary charge equivalent to 50% of the current daily rate will apply.<\/span><\/p>

The client undertakes to leave the Accommodation in the same condition of repair, cleanliness, and operation as they found it upon check-in, and shall be responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration caused during their stay.<\/p>

The continental breakfast must be requested a minimum of 24 hours in advance and is subject to an additional charge.<\/p>

At the check-in stage, the customer will provide a security deposit of \u20ac150.00 (one hundred and fifty euros), by providing a valid credit card belonging to the reservation holder.<\/p>

The deposit amount will be blocked on the indicated card, not constituting payment, and is intended to cover:<\/p>

  • i) damage caused to the accommodation, equipment, furniture or existing goods;<\/li>
  • extraordinary cleaning required due to misuse of the space;<\/li>
  • iii) breach of the internal rules of the Accommodation;<\/li>
  • iv) expenses, services or charges not settled at the time of check-out.<\/li><\/ul>

    Following the inspection of the Accommodation, and if the property and its contents are found to be in full compliance, the blocked amount will be automatically released.<\/p>

    Should damage, theft, outstanding consumption, or breaches of contract be detected, the Accommodations reserve the right to retain all or part of the security deposit, and may also demand payment for additional amounts whenever the damage, theft or consumption exceeds the blocked amount.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    6 \u2013 Use of the facilities<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The guest undertakes to use the facilities responsibly and appropriately.<\/p>

    Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

    Pets are not allowed.<\/p>

    The maximum number of occupants per unit must be respected.
    Events or parties are not permitted without prior authorisation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    7 \u2013 Pool and Jacuzzi Usage Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    The use of the swimming pool and\/or jacuzzi, depending on the accommodation in question, is the sole responsibility of the guest, and these facilities must be used responsibly, safely, and in accordance with the accommodation's internal rules.
    There is no supervision or lifeguard service.<\/p>

    Minors and\/or vulnerable individuals must be permanently supervised by a responsible and fully capable adult, who will be solely responsible for their safety and conduct while using the pool and\/or jacuzzi.<\/p>

    The Accommodation takes no responsibility for incidents, accidents, damages or injuries resulting from the use of the swimming pool and\/or jacuzzi, regardless of the cause.<\/p>

    The swimming pool and\/or jacuzzi may be temporarily closed due to maintenance, adverse weather conditions, or safety reasons, and this situation does not entitle the customer to any refund, compensation, or change of dates.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    8 \u2013 Zen Garden Usage Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The Zen Park, located at Rua da Arrenquinha, 9545-532 S\u00e3o Vicente Ferreira, Ponta Delgada, is a space intended for the promotion of well-being, leisure, and socialisation, geared towards activities of relaxation, contemplation of nature, and the tranquil enjoyment of the surrounding environment.

    It is available for all guests during the opening hours posted at the entrance.
    Access outside of the established hours is not permitted, except with prior authorisation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    9 \u2013 Theft, damage and misconduct<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The Accommodation does not accept any responsibility for loss, damage, misplacement or theft of personal belongings belonging to the guest, regardless of their nature or value.<\/p>

    Any damage caused to the facilities, equipment, furniture, or other property belonging to the Accommodation will be attributed to the responsible guest, who shall be obliged to fully reimburse said damage, including, where applicable, the costs of repair, replacement, or extraordinary cleaning necessary to restore the affected item or area to its previous condition.<\/p>

    Any inappropriate guest behaviour that disrupts the normal operation of the accommodation, affects the well-being or rest of other customers, or violates applicable legal, regulatory, or internal rules, may result in immediate expulsion, without right to reimbursement, compensation, or date change.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
